Phlebotomy: A person trained to perform phlebotomy procedures is a called a Phlebotomist.  Phlebotomists obtain employment through hospitals, doctor�s offices, clinics, drug testing facilities, and Red Cross facilities just to name a few. Phlebotomists pay ranges from $19,000 - $26,000 per year.
