Phlebotomy: A person trained to perform phlebotomy procedures is a called a phlebotomist.  Phlebotomists obtain employment through hospitals, doctor's offices, clinics, drug testing facilities, and Red Cross facilities just to name a few. Phlebotomists pay ranges from $19,000 - $26,000 per year. Friday's Place Health Education & Training Program prepares students to take American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (ASPT) national exam in order to become a Certified Phlebotomist.
