Community Support (Child/Adolescent/Adult)
- Identify and support and support individuals strengths
- Create a positive learning environment
- Connect individuals to their peers
- Provide training in social and daily living skills
- Counsel and address individuals behavior
- Develop behavior management systems
- Address anger management, self esteem, peer pressure, coping skills, and conflict resolution
- Act as liaison to schools and other service providers
Out Patient Therapy (Family and Individual Therapy)
Service designed to clinically treat significant behavioral or psychological symptoms through a therapeutic approach.
Community Alternative Program CAP MR/DD
- Home and Community Support- Training and assistance in daily living, social, and personal care skills, and community access.
- MR Personal Care- Assisting in daily living and personal care activities.
- Respite- An opportunity for families to have a needed rest from care giving responsibilities.
- Supported Employment- Assist individuals with specialized training in finiding and retaining gainful employment.
- Family Training- In home training for any caregivers.
- In-Home Aide Level I- Home and medication management and personal care.
Additional services include:
Diagnostic Assessment, Intensive In Home Community Support Team, Targeted Case-Management.
